How we review

Every tool is tested in real daily workflows before being scored. VPNs are evaluated on connection speed, server reliability, privacy policy, and platform support. Productivity apps are assessed on feature depth, learning curve, collaboration capabilities, and pricing transparency.

Scores reflect a weighted average across these criteria. Each review includes specific pros, cons, and a verdict that explains who the tool is best suited for — and who should look elsewhere. Reviews are updated when pricing changes, major features are released, or our assessment changes after extended use.
